Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 8tube platform ("Platform", "we", "us"). Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full services of the 8tube platform, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Attempting to register multiple accounts to circumvent limits or repeatedly claim bonuses constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, valid contact information, and the details needed for identity verification. 8tube reserves the right to request supporting documents for account verification (KYC) purposes before processing any withdrawal.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 8tube will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 8tube support immediately and change your password. Any activity carried out through your account prior to reporting the breach will be considered your own.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the 8tube platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Not attempting to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
- Not distributing malware, viruses, or any code that could damage the platform or other users.
- Not engaging in any fraudulent activity, including manipulation of game outcomes or misuse of promotions.
- Ensuring that all information provided to 8tube is accurate and up to date.
Payment Information, Transactions & Account Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 8tube platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made using supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and any active promotions at the time.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to successful identity verification. Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method. 8tube reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes without being required to provide detailed reasons.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
All bonuses and promotions offered by 8tube are subject to their respective specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and withdrawal limits. Abuse of promotions — including attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension without notice.
Account Suspension & Closure
8tube reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:
- Fraud or misuse of the platform.
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Holding multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or suspicious transactions.
- Requests by relevant legal authorities.
In cases of account closure due to a violation, any balance associated with unreleased bonuses or winnings obtained through fraudulent means may be forfeited by 8tube.
